Postage and Packaging:

Flat rate of £2.99 for customers within the U.K.
Delivery can take 7 – 10 days from order.

E-mail for deliveries to European destinations outside the U.K.

Returning a item:

You have up to 14 days to return any items, as long it is the same condition that it was when received. Contact us by e-mail if you wish to return any item and we will send you a returns form.  Sale items have a seven days return policy.  Unfortunately due to the size of our company we are unable to pay for the postage on returned items.

Trade Customers Important Information:

Our trade customers section is unique in that we have modernised the traditional fashion and textiles trade buying process.  We have no agents, cutting out the middle man.  Trade items on offer are designed in-house and produced for us in the U.K.  The products are exclusive to our brand “Collette Costello”.          No need to register just start shopping.

Selling alongside our “dresses retro style” range are bags, purses and items for the home made using “Collette Costello” exclusive fabric. The fabric has been designed by Collette Costello, a talented textiles and fashion designer.  We are aiming to sell trade stock to shops “Dress Shops”, on-line boutiques and hoping to gain independent stores as regular stockist of our brand.

I am a Trade Customer How do I Make an Order?

We offer a 35% discount on trade items sold in quantities of 10 per style.  Clothing is sold in quantities of 9, you can select either a batch containing sizes 8,10,12 or 14, 16, 18.  For example in a batch containing sizes 8, 10, 12, you would be supplied three dresses per size.  3 x size 8, 3 x size 10 and 3 x size 12.

To make a trade order visit the trade customers section.  Here you will find items on offer to trade customers, displayed as a retail customer would see them.  Click on a product you would like to buy, click on the tab for number you would like to purchase and scroll down to “Trade x 10″.  The price will automatically change to include the 35% discount, add to your cart and continue shopping.  When you are ready to make the purchase, please click on “trade postage” and add on the correct amount.  You are now ready to go to checkout and pay for your fabulous range of “Collette Costello” products.
So simple, you are now ready to start selling!
